One of the many consequences of the 2024 presidential election has been the rise of protests in cities and states from all corners of the country. Protests have been documented on the 50501 Movement website on Facebook. (Below, photos taken in Missouri, Texas and California by numerous citizen photographers.)
The signs they created matched the wide ranging nature of this resistance…with new concerns finding their way onto street corners every week.
Some of the protests are huge, some are weekly occurrences. (Below, posts illustrate regular protests in Florida, California and Wisconsin.)
Most are very serious about the issues but many take themselves lightly. There is even cosplay:
